Meet the Maker

Hello, I’m Eden — the head, hands and heart behind Edsfart.

I’m a crochet designer living and working from my van, frolicking around Australia and finding inspiration in quiet moments and scrumptious earthy goodness.

I’ve been crafting since I was five years old, and what started as a childhood comfort slowly grew into a way of living and working that feels completely true to me.

Today, Edsfart is where I share thoughtfully designed crochet patterns and small batches of handmade pieces, all created with care, intention, and a deep respect for the creative process.

My designs are made to be size-inclusive, customisable, and creatively freeing. I want you to be able to come back to my patterns over and over again, and produce something different every time!

Slow & Sustainable
Edsfart is rooted in slow fashion and conscious making. I prioritise quality over quantity, small runs over mass production, and materials that are chosen with care.

Made to Measure
Bodies are not one-size-fits-all, and patterns shouldn’t be either. My designs are adjustable, flexible, and inclusive, with clear guidance to support all shapes and sizes. Edsfart patterns encourage personalisation and individuality, allowing you to create something that feels truly yours.

Connection to Nature
Living and working from my van means nature plays a huge role in my process. The colours, textures, and shapes of the natural world influence every design. Take a look at my gallery to see some of my inspiration.

Thank you for being here and for supporting slow fashion and handmade work. It truly means the world to me.
